About Business and Excel

We need your articles for business professionals who use Microsoft Excel.

Articles should be two to four printed pages long and include at least one spreadsheet. They should discuss real business problems and solutions.

Your article could discuss reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business tools, dashboards...whatever you think would interest your clients, potential employers, co-workers, or members of professional organizations to which you belong.

Your article could be for professionals in any department: accounting, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, sales, the Boardroom, whatever.

We're not looking for spreadsheet macros; we're looking for good spreadsheet and professional information and, occasionally, for outstanding third-party programs.

Here's what we can offer our authors:

1. Online Bio. Your articles will be available online long after they're first posted. If you want them to be, your name, professional bio, contact information, and professional associations will be posted at ExcelUser. Each of your articles will link to your bio.

2. Updated Bio. As your professional circumstances change, we'll update your bio as needed.

To learn more, or to submit your ideas for articles about the business use of Excel, please contact me.
