Here's another Excel dashboard that can help you to track the
performance of your sales organization.

This dashboard and the accompanying dashboard were created for sales organizations with a three-month sales cycle.

Sales Funnel shows the potential sales orders for each of the next three months. Sales opportunities decline, but their probabilities of success increase. Trophy Factor illustrates the risk that might exist when a very large potential order is included in the projections. Adjusted Sales Funnel shows the opportunities with the Trophy Factor removed.
