The Father of Spreadsheet Dashboard Reports

This Sales Force Analytics dashboard, and the dashboard that follows, were created for companies with a three-month sales cycle. The report summarizes sales performance and sales forecasts for a variety of Regions, Branches, Districts, and Sales People.

Here, the Sales Funnel shows the potential sales orders for each of the next three months. Sales opportunities decline, but their probabilities of success increase. 

The Trophy Factor illustrates the risk that might exist when a very large potential order is included in the projections. And the Adjusted Sales Funnel shows the opportunities with the Trophy Factor removed.
